NESCAC Spring All-Academic Selections Announced
HADLEY, Mass. The New England Small College Athletic Conference announced its 2010 Spring All-Academic selections today, with 480 student-athletes that participated in a spring sport earning All-Academic recognition. To be honored, a student-athlete must have reached junior academic standing and be a varsity letter winner with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.35. A transfer student must have completed one year of study at the institution.

Spring All-Sportsmanship Selections Announced
HADLEY, Mass. The New England Small College Athletic Conference has announced the Spring All-Sportsmanship Team for each spring sport sponsored by the conference. The All-Sportsmanship Team is composed of one student-athlete from each institution for each sport and is selected by the players and coaches from their respective team for their positive contributions to sportsmanship.

Inaugural Men's & Women's Rowing All-NESCAC Teams Announced
HADLEY, Mass. The New England Small College Athletic Conference announced today the inaugural edition of the Mens and Womens Rowing All-Conference Teams. The 10-member squads are comprised of individuals from the eight league teams based on the finish at the NESCAC championships, which are held in conjunction with the ECAC National Invitational Rowing Championship during the second weekend in May.

Men's Lacrosse All-NESCAC Selections Announced
HADLEY, Mass. Junior attacker DJ Hessler (Monkton, Md.) of Tufts has been named the 2010 NESCAC Player of the Year, as determined by the conference coaches. Hessler has been a big part of a remarkable season for the Jumbos, one in which his team has recorded a program-best 17 victories to date, won its first-ever NESCAC Mens Lacrosse Championship, and has reached the quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament for the first time. He joins former Jumbos Bryan Griffin (2003, 2004) and Devin Clarke (2005) in winning the conferences top honor.

Men's Tennis All-Conference Selections Announced
HADLEY, Mass. Middlebury senior Andrew Lee (Eden Prairie, Minn.) has been named the NESCAC Player of the Year, as determined by the conference coaches. Fresh off winning the 2010 NESCAC Mens Tennis Championship over the past weekend at Amherst College, the Panthers six title in the last seven years, Lee and company head into this years NCAA Tournament with an 18-2 overall record in search of their first national title since 2004.
